Spring is definitely in the air & I did a quick walk around the gardens this morning.
Here's some of what I found:
The rhubarb is loving the warm temperatures that we have this spring! I picked up a food magazine this weekend (before I saw the bounty in the garden!) & there are exciting recipes for: rhubarb & lamb tagine, picked rhubarb, Chinese seared pork & rhubarb, rhubarb-ginger-saffron baked chicken & the traditional rhubarb crumble... Can't wait to start harvesting!!
